Advancing Computing-Power Synergy: Tongli Risheng Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with Xin Fengwei Network

On April 21, 2025, Jiangsu Tongli Risheng Machinery Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 605286) and Hangzhou Xin Fengwei Network Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the field of computing-power synergy. Adhering to the principles of resource sharing, mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, and long-term stability, the two parties will jointly advance deep synergy in energy storage for computing centers, new zero-carbon intelligent computing parks, and AI computing technology innovation. This collaboration aims to enhance the operational efficiency and economic benefits of intelligent computing data centers through power-computing synergy, achieving efficient coordination between green energy and computing power development. It will provide green and sustainable energy management solutions for intelligent computing data center parks.
Under the agreement, both parties will focus on developing peak shaving and valley filling solutions for large-scale AI training computing centers operated by a major cloud enterprise and its partners in economically developed regions nationwide, effectively helping computing center partners reduce electricity costs. They will jointly develop partners to build “Cloud Intelligent Computing Centers” with fully domestically produced hardware and software, tailored to local government AI needs. Collaboration will advance new zero-carbon computing center construction across four areas: green power development, energy storage microgrids, infrastructure construction, and direct green power supply. Focusing on national East-West Data Hub node cities, they will develop small-to-medium computing clients and construct new computing facilities. By replacing some or all UPS systems and diesel generators with lithium-ion energy storage, they will reduce facility construction costs and achieve breakthroughs in new green computing center construction standards. Simultaneously, both parties will actively identify and develop wind and solar resources at project sites to realize computing-power synergy, deploy AI models for spot power trading, and establish dedicated transmission/distribution networks for direct green power supply to computing centers.
